If I threw up in my mouth a little bit from yesterday's picture then this one is going to make me projectile vomit for sure. This is Britney Spears again, but this time it's after she ate a box of Twinkies washed down with a bucket of KFC to further expand her dookie chute. This photo is from her video shoot for her song, "Get Back." From the looks of it the song should be titled "Got Too Much Back."
