Here comes the absurd part--he could be banned for three years because this is considered an incentive from one team to another. So let me get this right, baseball...I could offer someone a horse to beat another team and be banned for three years, but I can take some horse steroids and you'll only suspend me 50 games for the first offense. Yeah, this makes a LOT of sense.
