28-30 July runs

Last week was my first long run over 8 miles so the mileage is going to pick up from here. I had a short MP run this week, but next week it bumps up to 8 miles so this is the no-kidding part of the training where everything I've done up until now is getting me ready for the big miles.

Saturday, 30 July 2011
Goal: 6-10 miles
Actual: 6.68 miles in 58:25 (8:45/mile)

Friday, 29 July 2011
Goal: 5-6 miles
Actual: 6.56 miles in 59:05 (8:56/mile)

Thursday, 28 July 2011
Goal: 5-7 miles at marathon goal pace (9:00/mile)
Actual: 5.24 miles in 46:56 (8:57/mile)
